Groove Expedition Title Badge Untangled from You, Take Two

Today I’ve uploaded the revised version of “Untangled from You.” I’ve increased the tempo, swapped out the recorded drum loop for the hand percussion instruments I’m currently using, and added a synthesizer pad to the background. The rhythm guitar is the Fernandes Sustainer with the more distorted guitar sound from the recent revisions. The lead guitar is the Gibson Les Paul, with the more distorted and delayed effects I’ve been using for lead lately. The lyrics are the same, except for the change on one word that flowed a little better.

The meaning of the song is the same – needing to get away from someone who’s not a good for one’s mental state. I was in the midst of that struggle when I wrote the song, and unfortunately I’m still working on it.
